• Respond to questions, prayer requests, and requests for pastoral care;• Help visitors connect with FBC Monroe;• Administer worship services, ministries, classes, events, childcare, and volunteer activities;• Maintain membership and church-management records;• Process and document charitable contributions;• Send church announcements, ministry information, and other communications you request or would reasonably expect;• Protect children, participants, volunteers, staff, and church property;• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and ministry services;• Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations; and• Carry out other church and ministry purposes consistent with the reason the information was provided.

3. ONLINE GIVING AND CHURCH CENTER
FBC Monroe uses Church Center and related services provided by Planning Center for online giving, registrations, forms, check-in, and other church-management functions.
When you use those services, the information you submit may be collected and processed by Planning Center according to its own terms and privacy practices. Payment-card and bank-account information is handled by the applicable payment processor. FBC Monroe generally receives transaction details and donor records needed for contribution accounting, but does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card or bank-account numbers.
You should review the privacy notices presented by Church Center, Planning Center, and the applicable payment processor before submitting information through those services.
4. PRAYER REQUESTS AND PASTORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Information shared in a prayer request or pastoral-care communication may be sensitive. We use such information for the ministry purpose for which it was provided and limit access to appropriate staff members, ministry leaders, or volunteers.
Please indicate whether a prayer request may be shared with a prayer team or congregation. We will not intentionally publish or broadly distribute a private prayer request without permission, except when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect someone from harm or is required by law.
Communications with church leaders are not necessarily protected by the same legal privileges or confidentiality rules that apply to attorneys, physicians, or licensed counselors.
5. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
We care about the privacy and safety of children. Information about children may be collected when a parent or legal guardian registers a family for childcare, children’s ministry, Awana, an event, or another church activity.
Parents and guardians should provide children’s information on their behalf. We do not knowingly use our public website to solicit personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.
Information collected for child safety, check-in, emergency contact, or ministry administration may be retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes and for legal or insurance requirements.

FBC Monroe is a church and does not provide medical treatment or operate as a healthcare provider. Nevertheless, people may voluntarily disclose health-related information in prayer requests, accessibility requests, emergency forms, or pastoral-care communications.
We use such information only for the ministry, accommodation, safety, or care purpose for which it was provided, unless another use is authorized or required by law. We do not sell consumer health information.
Because Washington law may impose additional requirements when an organization collects consumer health data, FBC Monroe should separately evaluate any online form or ministry process that requests information about a person’s physical or mental health.
