Join us on October 14th at 9 AM as we hike from the town of Index to the top of Heybrook Ridge. This is a new trail (not the Fire Lookout on the highway). We’ll meet at the trail head on Index-Galena Road just across the river from Index. The hike is about 1.75 miles each way and ends at an overlook and a lovely view of Bridal Veil Falls across the valley. We can enjoy the Fall leaves as well as some good fellowship and the view.  To get there, drive Highway 2 to mile 35.5 and turn left at the Mt Index Brewery. Drive about 1 mile, passing under the railroad. The trailhead is on the right – watch for the FBC sign. Hope to see you there!  Carol Hurley

Ladies!  Please join us for Eve’s Daughters Ladies Book Club Saturday Oct, 7th at 9am Breakfast, fellowship, fun!!  Contact Rita Crowley for more info.
